Storyline: Among the storylines you can watch for this fall: Kitty and Robert are still putting on a “happily married” façade as he runs for governor, Kevin and Scotty hope for a baby, and Justin’s busy pursuing his doctor dream.

Nora and Holly will also be up against each other once again as they plan an engagement party and Justin and Rebecca’s wedding (which is likely to happen during November sweeps).

The show will add a medical-school study partner named Carter for Justin a straight-A student whiz kid. Carter will challenge Justin’s confidence and cause him to question his priorities including the time he is spending with Rebecca planning their wedding.

When Rachel Griffiths returns as Sarah following her real-life maternity leave, she will be bringing with her something very special. She will briefly be seen in the season premiere, which will explain that Sarah endured a terrible summer of on-line dating and retreated to France for a much-needed vacation. When she lands back in California, on her arm will be a new French beau who “will make Sarah really think about her views on men. He will be an amazing challenge for her
